GA: What’s your fav gif within your body of work?

NM: Ranch Daddy. He knows how to have a good time.

image

GA:  What does Pride mean to you?

NM: To me pride is about ditching shame and being visible. It’s also about recognizing the people who made it possible to do that. I am eternally grateful to the LGBT community who came before me and particularly the trans women of color who paved the way for my generation to live a simple and happy life out of the shadows.

GA: Can you show us what you’re working on right now?

NM: Still super rough but I’m working on a homo-fied version of the Last Supper with oiled men and wigs!
