GIPHY’S MONSTER MASH UP CONTEST!

Halloween is Giphy’s favorite holiday. “Mash ups” are among Giphy’s favorite genres of GIFs. It’s time to bring these worlds together — and we want you to join us.

We know that Giphy’s fans and followers are strangely talented (and talentedly strange), so we want to see what kind of Horror Movie Mash Up GIFs you can create! Take a Horror Movie classic - remix it, make it funny, make it weird, put Lana Del Rey in it - but just make it YOURS. (Here’s some classic GIF mash-ups from “The Shining” to inspire you!)

We’ll be collecting our favorite submissions and featuring them on the Giphy home page, as well as our Tumblr, Twitter and Facebook! And you’ll be included in our upcoming Halloween Screensaver! You’ll be internet famous! 

To enter your GIF, just submit it via our Tumblr Original Art Submission Form and make sure that the “Monster Mashup” tag is selected! We can’t wait to see what you all come up with!
